The tab consists of the text "Oracle NT Service Startup Options" and two panels with radio buttons. The top panel is titled Oracle NT Service Startup Type and has radio buttons for Automatic and Manual. The lower panel is titled Log On Service As NT User and has radio buttons for SYSTEM Account and This Account. If This Account is chosen, then three data fields become active for Account Name, Enter Password, and Confirm Password.

At the bottom of the dialog are four buttons: OK, Cancel, Apply, and Help.
